**Location:** Galaxis, Singapore**Work type:** Hybrid**Role Purpose & Overview** We are looking for a **Senior Planning Insights Specialist** to join our global supply chain planning team. This role is perfect for professionals with a few years of experience in supply chain or analytics who are passionate about data, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in analysing supply chain performance, providing data-driven insights, and supporting the optimization of planning processes across our global network.**Impact of the Role:**In this role, your contributions will help improve planning accuracy, reduce inefficiencies, and support strategic initiatives. You will:* Enhance forecast accuracy and inventory visibility* Support efforts to reduce supply chain costs and lead times* Help improve service levels and planning responsiveness* Contribute to digital transformation and business improvement initiatives**Let's Talk About Responsibilities:***Planning Analysis & Insights** Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for decision-making* Analyse large datasets from supply chain systems to identify trends and opportunities* Provide analysis and reporting to support S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes* Prepare and present executive-level reports and recommendations* Contribute to projects driving planning optimization and strategic transformation*Performance Monitoring** Track and report on key supply chain KPIs* Develop dashboards, visualizations, and performance summaries* Analyse metrics such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and plan adherence* Support initiatives to drive operational efficiency and improved performance*Collaboration & Reporting** Partner with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights* Prepare and present findings to stakeholders across the organization* Support regular reporting cycles and respond to ad hoc analysis requests*Project Participation** Contribute to global planning projects and transformation initiatives* Assist with change management activities and training documentation*Modelling & Scenario Support** Maintain basic forecasting and inventory models* Support scenario analysis and simulations to guide planning decisions**Key Competencies:*** Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail* Curiosity and initiative in problem-solving* Excellent communication and collaboration skills* Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team**Let's Talk About the Role:*** 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, planning, analytics, or related fields* Enthusiasm for supply chain and operational excellence* Proven ability to interpret data and generate insights* Strong organizational and time management skills* Internship or project experience in supply chain/data analysis is a plus* Experience in FMCG, Pharma, or Consumer Electronics industries is preferred**Let's Talk About Education & Professional Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field* APICS or supply chain-related certifications are a plus**Skills & Tools*** Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is a plus* Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and planning tools (Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder) is beneficial* Exposure to visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau* Interest in machine learning or AI applications is an advantage#LI-APACJoining us is more than saying "yes" to making the world a healthier place.
