We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Client Operations, Singapore and SEA .

Principal Responsibilities
  • Play a key role in building a centralized Client Operations function to support both Public and Private Markets, leading and supporting the establishment of a centralized client operations team to support AMSG scale and defining a new global operating model
  • Assess opportunities to improve processes operationally and through technology across the platform, including smart automations, AI and larger scale developments across the firm
  • Provide and maintain the overall client experience through appropriate client operations support activities
  • Work with Client Services and other stakeholders to assist in delivering goals and objectives to develop customer opportunities and improve client experience and fund operational efficiency
  • Act as a subject matter expert for regular client management such as onboarding, ongoing client query handling and ad-hoc client reporting for existing and prospective clients
  • Be an escalation point for issues with fund investor account opening and transactions (e.g. HSS Lux, HTSG, HSBC GH, State Street)
  • Build strong internal relationships with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Investments, Product Specialists, Compliance, Legal etc.
Requirements
  • Analytical & critical reasoning skills with proven interpretation and pre-emptive evaluation of information
  • Ability to drive change across the business and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to deliver best-in-class results
  • Attention to detail and quality with ability to ensure information is captured in a timely manner
  • Ability to distil complex and varied data into information; strong process analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Direct client management experience and a client-centric approach to task management
  • Excellent written, verbal & presentation communication skills
