This role focuses on delivering high-quality HR generalist guidance, coaching, and support to leaders and employees. Acting as a key HR contact, the position oversees a broad range of human resources activities across assigned portfolios and functional teams, with particular emphasis on performance management, compliance, and core HR operations. What You’ll Do: Support the Senior HR Manager in the planning and execution of people strategies that align with evolving business needs. Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including workforce planning, deployment, performance management, organizational change, employee relations and engagement, employee experience, labor relations, talent development, and succession planning. Contribute to the review, development, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure alignment with business objectives and applicable regulatory requirements. Partner closely with business stakeholders on workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent management, and onboarding activities. Advise and support operational leaders in achieving organizational goals through effective people management practices. Maintain workforce data and prepare manpower reports and analyses to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in HR policies and practices. Track and monitor workforce-related budgets. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline 7 years of relevant experience in a HR generalist role Strong working knowledge of employment legislation, lawful employment practices, and compliance requirements Background in healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar environments is an advantage Proven experience in designing, implementing, and monitoring HR programs, policies, and process improvements Broad exposure to HR disciplines including employment law, compensation, performance management, and employee relations Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) #J-18808-Ljbffr
