Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with organizational goals. Manage business resources, including manpower allocation and logistics, to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Oversee, implement, and continuously improve health screening programs, introducing new services based on market needs. Stay updated on industry trends to ensure competitiveness of screening services. Review and update screening protocols, procedures, and policies in line with national health guidelines. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, ethical practices, and quality benchmarks. Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain accuracy, reliability, and service excellence. Supervise the collection, analysis, and reporting of health screening data. Prepare management reports highlighting trends, outcomes, and opportunities for improvement. Apply data analytics to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and patient engagement. Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate partners, government agencies, and healthcare providers. Advocate preventive health measures and promote screening services to external partners. Serve as the primary contact for escalated inquiries or concerns regarding health screening programs. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s in any discipline. Possess 8 years of experience in healthcare sector.
