You will be a part of HPB’s School Health Outreach – Parents & Caregivers (P&C) department which aims to advance health promotion efforts by going upstream to engage parents-to-be, parents and caregivers to help them adopt positive health habits for themselves and their children. Scope As a key member of the Parents & Caregivers (P&C) team, you will contribute to the team’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially on screen use management resources amplification and outreach. Your job responsibilities will include: Work closely with Whole-of-government (WOG) partners as part of the consultation and strategy development process and to curate evidence tips and information to be made available in HPB digital assets (e.g. HPB Parent Hub and social media). Synthesise information and develop resources such as infographics and short reels. Conceptualise and implement outreach strategies, especially on screen use management to create integrated initiatives within the ecosystem. Work closely with WOG partners as part of the consultation and strategy development process and to curate local evidence tips and information to be made available in HPB digital assets (e.g. HPB Parent Hub and social media). Manage and improve the processes (e.g. vendor management, project management, evaluation of key initiatives), and coordinate with team members as part of the project team. Provide secretariat support for WOG meetings, where necessary. What an ideal candidate looks like An ideal candidate will be a dynamic, driven and self-motivated individual with at least 1 year of relevant working experience in partnership and project management. The candidate should possess the following competencies: Good project management skills with experience in ideas curation and execution, and project management for the required target audience. Good organisation skills, being able to think objectively and multitask. Good project management skills with experience in project management and implementation. Good negotiation/influencing and conflict management skills. Good written and verbal communication skills.
