Your New Role

Reporting to the Executive Director, Operations Asia Pacific, and the Director, Asia Theatrical Distribution, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support distribution operations across Asia. Based in Singapore, this role will collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of theatrical releases for Warner Bros. films in Asia

Your Role Accountabilities

Manage licensee markets: Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar

Oversee release schedule updates and box office reporting for all APAC territories

Distribution & Operations

Order screeners, DCPs, and trailers for licensee markets

Review anti-piracy security measures for pre-release screenings

Manage local title translations

Prepare reports for data analysis

Finance & Administration Support (Licensee Markets)

Maintain, distribute, and collate forecasting templates

Prepare draft forecast presentations for senior management

Monitor title-by-title licensee financial reporting

Maintain pan-Asian territory information updates and distribution lists

Qualifications & Experience

Proficiency in MS Office Suite; database experience preferred

Strong English communication skills (additional languages a plus)

Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills

Finance background a plus
