What the role is: We are seeking an individual to support WSG’s digital transformation efforts on a 1-year temporary contract. The candidate will be responsible for the cloud administrator function for WSG accounts hosted in Government Commercial Cloud. You will report directly to the Assistant Director of the Digital Tech Division (DTD). What you will be working on: Cloud Administration: Your role and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Account creation/deletion Management of cloud compartment Configuration of cloud resources Managing access to CSP account Review cloud compliance alerts Maintain and enhance the SOP for infra process documentations Perform VMS scanning on OS to ensure compliance to hardening standards and review report Review and perform Database Activity Monitoring (DAM) queries and reports Ad-hoc cloud infra-related project support What we are looking for: Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in performing the role. Preferably with experience in delivering and operating Government IT projects. Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of IT security and infrastructure designs. Professional related certifications such as ITIL, AWS Solution Architect Associate, CCNA, CISSP will be an added advantage. Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills. Team player with strong organization and interpersonal skills. Proactive and dedicated individual with strong customer orientation and multi-tasking capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders. Able to manage project risks in a timely manner to ensure minimal impact after mitigation.
