Get ready to embark on a transformative journey with HTX\'s newly formed xCode function, focusing on the organic in-house development of core software modules for the mission critical and sensitive systems. This new setup aims to achieve greater control, agility and responsiveness to evolving operation needs to the dynamic operating environment for software delivery. What You Will Be Working On Lead the overall product strategy, delivery and lifecycle management, ensuring that products meet business needs and user expectations. Oversee multiple Product Teams, working closely with the Engineering Team to define priorities, drive execution, and engage stakeholders to ensure adoption and continuous improvement. Ensure Product Teams leverage the expertise of Engineers from Engineering pillar to address technical challenges effectively. What We Are Looking For Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, or a related field At least 10 years of relevant working experience in product management, software development, or digital transformation Proficiency in product lifecycle management, Agile/Scrum methodologies, stakeholder management, and roadmap planning Experienced in coaching team members in product strategy, leadership, and resource management Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a high level of independence in decision-making All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
