HTX's newly formed xCode function focuses on the organic in-house development of core software modules for mission-critical and sensitive systems. This setup aims to achieve greater control, agility and responsiveness to evolving operation needs in software delivery. Responsibilities Lead the overall product strategy, delivery and lifecycle management to ensure products meet business needs and user expectations. Oversee multiple Product Teams, working closely with the Engineering Team to define priorities, drive execution, and engage stakeholders to ensure adoption and continuous improvement. Ensure Product Teams leverage the expertise of Engineers from the Engineering pillar to address technical challenges effectively. What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field At least 10 years of relevant working experience in product management, software development, or digital transformation Proficiency in product lifecycle management, Agile/Scrum methodologies, stakeholder management, and roadmap planning Experience coaching team members in product strategy, leadership, and resource management Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a high level of independence in decision-making All new hires are appointed on a two-year contract in the first instance and will be assessed and considered for permanent tenure over time, based on performance.
