We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our global Digital Transformation & Analytics team. You will play a crucial role in our data-driven projects, working on cutting-edge innovations that leverage advanced Machine Learning, Deep Learning and AI technologies. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will be using cloud-based platforms to deliver high-value use cases across the company and work on strategic initiatives with direct support from our executive leadership.

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end Data Science projects independently and as part of both local and global teams in our Sensory and Consumer domains. This includes handling data inputs, performing data cleaning and pre-processing, conducting feature engineering, building and deploying models to production, and continuously improving models through iterative processes. You will design and develop sophisticated visualizations and dashboards to explain actionable insights to stakeholders and deliver impactful and highly-utilized user applications.

The Position:

• Process and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights and propose and evaluate relevant data-driven solutions.
• Develop, implement and manage efficient and scalable machine learning models to solve complex business problems and deliver high-quality products.
• Design and conduct methodologically robust methods to test hypotheses and validate model selection and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, project managers, and technical leads to understand their data science needs, provide tailored proposals and present regular status reports.
• Design and create advanced visualizations and dashboards to convey analytical results to stakeholders and provide automated, custom applications for non-technical users.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, upcoming technologies and recommended best practices.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Master's degree in data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
• 4+ years hand-on data science experience.
• Excellent understanding of AI/ML/DL and Statistics and associated frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch or Keras.
• High proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, as well as SQL skills.
• Experience with data visualization in tools like Power BI or Tableau or in Streamlit or Shiny applications.
• Strong analytical thinking and natural curiosity and eagerness to learn.
• Work effectively independently and integrate successfully into data science.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the field of Consumer Insights or Sensory Science.
• Basic knowledge of DevOps (Git, Docker, Bash) and MLOps (e.g., MLflow, Metaflow).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
