We're on the lookout for a driven Data Scientist for Distribution Strategy to help an innovative financial-services client reshape how insurance products reach customers across both agency and digital channels. In this role, you'll be the go-to analytics expert behind how products move from marketing to market by identifying the smartest ways to acquire customers, boost retention, and streamline channel performance.

Responsibilities

  • Define, track, and communicate performance metrics (funnel drop-offs, CAC vs. LTV, quote-to-policy timelines) across distribution, marketing, and product team
  • Build models to refine lead scoring and guide next-best-action decisions
  • Evaluate partner and channel performance, recommending smarter resource allocation
  • Deploy real-time dashboards that monitor how each channel is delivering
  • Turn raw channel data into actionable insights that influence strategy and execution

Requirements

  • 5+ years in data analytics within insurance (especially distribution models like tied agents, MDRTs, FAs, etc.)
  • Strong stakeholder savvy, can explain data outcomes in plain terms
  • Sharp statistical modeling skills including regression, uplift and LTV models
  • Experience with Databricks, Google Vertex AI, or BigQuery (nice-to-have)

This is a contract role based in Singapore.
