Our client is a leading MNC, looking to hire a IT Support Engineer to join their global IT team. This is a key role responsible for providing high-quality first and second-line technical support across the business, with particular focus on supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, professional environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT issues (in-person, phone, or ticketing system), providing timely and professional support to all users.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications, Windows 10/11, and mobile devices (iOS).
  • Troubleshoot and maintain IT equipment including laptops, docking stations, AV systems, and printers.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes, including account setup and hardware provisioning.
  • Provide support during meetings for video conferencing and AV equipment (Zoom, Teams).
  • Liaise with external vendors and global IT colleagues to escalate and resolve issues.
  • Maintain asset inventory and ensure devices are kept up to date with security policies.
  • Uphold IT best practices and ensure compliance with internal policies and data security protocols.

What You'll Bring:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience in desktop support or helpdesk roles, ideally within financial services or professional firms.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows operating systems, and Active Directory.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
  • Comfortable with a fully on-site role, collaborating with a global team across time zones, and providing occasional after-hours support when required.
