Base pay range

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of the company's products and components at customer locations.
  • Deliver high-quality work by providing effective service and technical support to customers.
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding technical and service-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including service reports and other records.
  • Assist the sales team in securing service orders.
  • Conduct product training sessions for customers.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards at all times.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Service Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proactive with the ability to manage, develop, and execute plans and objectives efficiently.
  • Demonstrates high integrity, discipline, and self-motivation.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
