Field Service Engineer (Full-Time, On-Site | Singapore)
Are you passionate about solving problems, working hands-on with advanced equipment, and building strong customer relationships? We’re looking for a
Field Service Engineer
to join our team in Singapore
As part of our service team, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers by ensuring their instruments and equipment run smoothly through
installation, training, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs .
What You’ll Do
Deliver
installation, training, preventive maintenance, repair, and compliance services
for instruments and equipment.
Provide timely
field service, troubleshooting, and technical support .
Maintain accurate and up-to-date
service reports
on customer activities.
Build and sustain
positive customer relationships
within your assigned territory.
(For software-focused roles) Develop and maintain
graphic control systems / PLC programs / SQL scripts .
What We’re Looking For
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in
Engineering
or related field.
Strong
problem-solving and analytical skills .
Excellent
communication and interpersonal abilities .
Ability to work
independently
and perform well under pressure.
Experience in the semiconductor industry
is a plus.
Background in
AMC/THC-related fields
is an added advantage.
