Technology Group
We experiment, design, and lead a 24×7 global business where we support core capabilities in asset management, trading, investment operations, and risk management. We deliver secure, reliable, and integrated solutions, and provide insights on new, and emerging technologies.
Business Partner & Solutions
You will help to explore new, and existing technology to support our strategic, and operational business needs across our Public Markets, Private Markets, Total Portfolio Risk, Corporate Services, and Enterprise Solutions.

What will you do as a Product Manager (Equities)?

• Define product vision and technology strategic objectives
• Define product roadmap, which outlines features and functionality that will be developed over time
• Gather/analyse business requirements and collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize features based on business goals and technical feasibility
• Work closely with business product manager, business stakeholders, technology leads, engineering teams and designers to drive best practices and ensure the highest quality and standards are applied
• Ensure dynamic, incremental, and continuous delivery of the product that brings value to the business in an agile and sustainable manner
• Collaborate with peer teams within GIC on multidiscipline projects and front-office and back-office initiatives
• Interact with financial institutions, international banks and brokers, vendors and solution providers for new business requirements/initiatives
  
  

What makes you a successful candidate?

• At least 10 years of experience in technology product management, preferably within the financial services or investment management industry
• Deep understanding of the Equities domain, including areas such as Research and Analytics, Portfolio Management, and Order Management systems
• Strong background in product development, with experience in defining and driving the development of a software product
• Good understanding of design principles and user experience (UX) design, as well as the ability to work effectively with designers
• Well-versed in Agile software development methodologies, with hands on experience in working as part of highly effective Agile software development team using Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks
• Able to collaborate with business units and lead technology teams to enhance business capabilities
• Hands on experience in conducting business analysis functions, stakeholder management, solution designing, and software test planning
