Overview

Business Development Manager/Director (OEM) role at TechwareLab. Location: Singapore HQ or Malaysia.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute global growth strategies for contract manufacturing services; analyze market trends, client needs, and competitors to inform strategy and value propositions.
  • Develop and nurture key customer relationships globally; act as the primary contact for key customers; negotiate strategic contracts.
  • Identify and forge strategic partnerships, alliances, joint ventures, and other opportunities to boost global growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams from concept through product lifecycle; ensure decisions align with company strategy.
  • Represent the company professionally, mentor future leaders, and develop the team.
Qualifications
  • At least 15 years of senior management experience, preferably with global responsibilities in contract manufacturing.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful business growth strategies; strong negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into business deals.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills; experience in contract negotiations with key clients and forming strategic partnerships.
  • Global business acumen and understanding of market dynamics; engaging communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Willingness to travel globally. Senior Manager/Director level candidates are welcome to apply.
Job Details
  • Location: Singapore HQ or Malaysia.
  • Salary: SGD 10,000 – SGD 18,000 per month; attractive commission, commensurate with experience.
  • Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time, Onsite/Hybrid, 5 days.
