Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Managing Director to lead our consultancy practice. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in global e-commerce, digital strategy, and cross‑functional leadership, with a proven track record of delivering measurable growth for high‑profile brands. You will serve as a strategic partner to clients, designing and implementing comprehensive digital commerce solutions while shaping the direction and growth of our consultancy. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end digital commerce consulting engagements, including strategy development, e‑commerce operations optimization, go‑to‑market planning, and digital marketing initiatives. Advise clients on B2C, B2B, and omnichannel commerce strategies, leveraging insights from global markets. Manage client relationships and senior stakeholder engagement, providing thought leadership and trusted counsel to executive teams. Oversee project delivery, including requirement gathering, platform recommendations, vendor coordination, and implementation of digital commerce solutions. Build, mentor, and lead high‑performing teams within the consultancy, fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and growth‑oriented culture. Drive business development efforts, identifying opportunities to expand client portfolios and service offerings. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative business models to provide clients with cutting‑edge digital solutions. Qualifications & Skills 15+ years of experience in global e-commerce, digital marketing, or digital business strategy, preferably with experience in fashion, consumer products, or health & fitness tech. Proven experience leading multi‑country e‑commerce operations, digital transformation projects, and cross‑functional teams. Strong expertise in e‑commerce platforms (Magento, Digital River, Demandware/Adobe), analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Athena), and digital marketing strategies. Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and operational excellence in both B2C and B2B channels. Exceptional stakeholder management, with experience collaborating with executive leadership, product, engineering, operations, and marketing teams. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced start‑up environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual proficiency or multilingual is a plus.
