Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible to:

●Leading electrical services design for building projects

●Assume responsibility and undertake engineering tasks of increasing scope and complexity

●Responsible for analysis of information, production of design, tenders, proposals and technical report writing

●Assist in coordination of quality assurance and commissioning of designs with other disciplines and other design consultants

●In charge of jobs control, planning, monitoring, progress and job cost reporting

●Communicate effectively with the client, sub-consultants, contractors, and other parties relevant to the job

●Assist in assessment and review of designs prepared by others on behalf of the clients

● Liaise with authorities on plans submission and compliance

Key Requirements

· Degree in Electrical Engineering (recognized by Professional Engineers Board, Singapore, will be an advantage)

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in a consultancy environment

· Experience in leading roles for design & design management of health, commercial and/or institutional projects

· Familiarity with codes of practice, relevant regulations and a working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures

· Competent user of relevant engineering software, Building Information Modelling and Navisworks

· Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English

· Able to work independently & exercise initiative

· Excellent delegation and communication skills, which see you enlist the help of others to meet objectives
