Responsibilities Deliver precise and professional advice to clients on Singapore and international tax matters, focusing on the pricing of intercompany transactions and the tax implications of cross-border activities. Support clients in meeting transfer pricing compliance requirements and in developing holistic tax and transfer pricing strategies, applying methodologies outlined in the OECD and Singapore Transfer Pricing Guidelines. Identify and provide strategic tax planning opportunities in accordance with OECD principles and local regulatory frameworks. Conduct functional interviews, perform benchmarking analyses, and assess client-specific issues to prepare comprehensive transfer pricing documentation. Lead and coordinate regional or global transfer pricing projects, ensuring effective execution and delivery. Assist clients in managing transfer pricing‑related queries and audits from tax authorities. Liaise with HLB member firms worldwide to address cross‑border client matters and ensure consistency in global transfer pricing approaches. Proactively identify and evaluate opportunities for business development and client growth. Requirements Degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Tax, Accounting, or a related field, with 8–10 years of transfer pricing experience—preferably within the Asia‑Pacific and/or European regions and gained from a professional services environment. Demonstrates strong motivation, self‑drive, and ambition, with a proven track record in managing regional and/or global transfer pricing projects. Equipped with solid leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills, along with excellent communication and negotiation abilities—both written and verbal. Capable of independently managing deliverables with efficiency and precision, while also being an effective team player when collaboration is required.
