RequirementsRequirements and Responsibilities for Senior Associate:A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Transfer Pricing, either in-house or in another accounting firm. A degree in any discipline and/or a relevant Postgraduate/Professional Qualification in Accounting, Tax, Business, Economics, or Law. Strong ambition and determination to succeed. Proficiency in English. ResponsibilitiesAssisting Managers/Senior Managers and actively participating in all aspects of transfer pricing. Developing an in-depth understanding of the client’s business through functional analysis interviews. Conducting benchmarking studies and analysing client issues for the purpose of transfer pricing documentation. Proposing planning opportunities to clients. Reviewing inter-company agreements or relevant internal documents of clients to ensure compliance and risk mitigation. Supporting clients in implementing transfer pricing arrangements, and collaborating with their tax, finance, or relevant project teams.
