What the role is: You formulate and govern strategic policies on land and infrastructure for Singapore's defence needs. What you will be working on: Develop strategies to safeguard MINDEF/SAF's operational, security and training requirements for land Drive and oversee infrastructure governance frameworks Analyse complex policy issues and provide strategic recommendations Drive policy implementation Challenge(s) Understanding complex policy issues Providing sound analysis and recommendations to senior management Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment What we are looking for: At least 2 years of work experience Knowledge in policy making, strategic planning, governance, engineering and/or project management Proficiency with data analytics and visualisation tools Strong critical thinking abilities Strategic planning skills Strong communication (both written and spoken) skills Presentation skills Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
