The Management Associate programme is a two-year structured programme designed to identify and develop future leaders of The Lo & Behold Group, offering an accelerated career trajectory within the organization.

It includes a comprehensive 12-month TLBG Leaders Training Programme covering essential leadership skills. Participants will undergo structured rotations across various HQ departments and venues to gain broad exposure to hospitality and placemaking business aspects, supporting senior leaders and gaining firsthand experience in decision-making, process building, business development, and strategy.

We seek passionate individuals who see themselves as future leaders in hospitality—entrepreneurial, critical thinkers, resilient under pressure, and committed to service. Successful candidates can expect to hold Assistant Manager or equivalent positions upon programme completion.

Our work creates memorable experiences that shape our guests’ perception of the city. You will be involved in Making Our City More Lovable through everyday acts of intentional hospitality.

Job Responsibilities:

At TLBG HQ:

  • Own and drive special projects across HQ departments
  • Lead business performance analysis for all TLBG venues
  • Support business development initiatives
  • Assist in board meetings, budgeting, and feasibility studies
  • Participate in rotational assignments to develop broad business understanding

At TLBG venues:

  • Support venue leaders in rostering, management reports, manpower planning, and business optimization
  • Undergo on-the-job training in venue operations
  • Assist venue leaders in driving key business outcomes
  • Participate in venue rotations to gain diverse operational insights
