Construction Manager | 5.5 work days – Nanyang Drive

Location: Nanyang Drive

Working Hours: 5.5 days per week

Our client is a multinational consultancy in the water and wastewater industry. With over 100 years of heritage, they help companies worldwide efficiently and effectively collect, store, move, and treat water and wastewater, plan and manage watersheds, and harness the energy embedded in water treatment and movement.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Construction Manager (CRE) in overseeing the construction and commissioning of projects, including processing claims such as progress payments, variations, and requests for extension of time.
  • Coordinate work between the Design Team and Contractors to ensure consistency in scheduling, cost control, document control, implementation of quality assurance programs, and compliance with contract specifications.
  • Review and update Contractor’s schedules, showing project status and cost status for all contracts.
  • Manage quality assurance, safety requirements, and oversee the Consultant’s site supervision team.

Requirements:

  • Approximately 15 years of construction experience, including at least 10 years managing large water/wastewater treatment plant projects of similar size and complexity, with a relevant engineering degree or certification.
  • Familiarity with Primavera P6 scheduling software is advantageous.
  • Strong supervisory skills.
  • Experience in water/wastewater treatment plant projects is preferred.
