Job Description:- Handling the end-to-end process of freight operations, including import/export, and transshipment for air and sea shipments.- Handling customer service, documentation, updating system, arranging transportation, process payments through payment vouchers- Liaise with overseas agents, branches, hauliers, transporters, and customers- Send Arrival Notices to customers and coordinate clearance and delivery instructions- Registration of shipments into the forwarding system CW1 timely and accurately- Arrange insurance coverage and clearance documents as required- Issue bill of landing and declare outward/transshipment permit- Arrange payments with Carrier / Co-loader upon receipt of Arrival Notices- Raise invoices and dispatch to customers, and follow up with customers on discrepancy- Monitor orders and ensure payment terms are being adhered- Vendor cost verification- Coordinate independently with haulier, carrier and warehouse to ensure timely clearance of shipments- Liaise with hauliers and transporters for delivery arrangements- Monitor arrival of shipment and delivery process and follow up on discrepancy- Manage import, export and transshipment consignments- File AMS & AFR for the required port- Update information into freight management system and issue timely billings- Provide sales support and handle customers queries and complaints- Extract data for simple reports (Excel) if required by customers- Plan and manage the consolidation of shipments

Job Requirements:- Min 1 year of experience in handling ocean/air shipments- Proficient in import / export / transshipment procedures for ocean/air shipments- Experience with freight management systems and documentation- Proficient in Microsoft Excel- Strong communication and coordination skills- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently

Compensation:- Working hours: Mon to Fri 9.30am - 6pm, Sat (WFH) 9.30am - 1pm- Working location: Nearest MRT Somerset- AWS
