Job Title:

IT Technical Support (12-month Contract | Public Sector | $2,500 – $3,500/month)

Location: Near Labrador Park MRT

Salary Range: $2,500 – $3,500 per month

Work Timing: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Eligibility: Only Singaporeans

Job Summary

You will provide first-level technical support, manage user queries, and assist with system monitoring. You'll also handle procurement, track budgets and payments, and support financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support & Helpdesk

  • Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for products and systems
  • Handle user queries and incidents through ticketing system
  • Document technical issues and maintain knowledge base
  • Conduct basic system health checks and monitoring
  • Escalate complex technical issues to relevant teams

Administrative & Financial Management

  • Process procurement requests and maintain vendor relationships
  • Track milestone payments and prepare payment documentation
  • Monitor and update project budgets
  • Generate regular financial reports and reconciliations
  • Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
  • No working experience required
  • Proficient in IT troubleshooting and basic networking
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data analytics tools is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and project tracking abilities
  • Basic understanding of financial processes
  • Effective communicator with strong customer service orientation
  • Capable of multitasking, problem-solving, and working collaboratively in a team
  • Knowledge of Cloud systems, Networking, Splunk, Tenable, ITIL knowledge (including service desk, incident handling, and L1 troubleshooting), experience with agencies and government internal processes will be an added advantage.
