Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all front-facing process-related issues during out-of-hours shift operation.
  • Collaborate with Process Owners, Equipment Engineering, and Operation Teams to restore disrupted processes while maintaining quality and achieving module objectives.
  • Monitor and sustain process performance, including SPC monitoring.
  • Deploy and review statistical process controls to ensure a stable processing platform, following PR rules and CAS/SOP guidelines.
  • Address process abnormalities, handle lot disposition, and implement corrective measures.
  • Provide detailed passdown of tool, process, and lot information during shift handovers.
  • Analyze data and address process excursions and anomalies.
  • Contribute to engineering improvements to enhance yield and support cost-saving initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Engineering/Science or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with knowledge in lithography, etching, sputtering, backgrinding, laser marking, plating, and bonding advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with statistical tools like Minitab and JMP is advantageous.
  • Experience with SPC and OCAP is advantageous.
  • Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to work in a clean room environment on rotating 12-hour shifts.
