Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Conference Producer to lead the end-to-end planning, development, and flawless execution of high-profile conferences spanning all three brands. This role requires strategic vision, a strong research orientation, and expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder events that meet business growth and communication goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of flagship conferences across The Digital Banker, Global Private Banker, and The Global Insurer brands, from content strategy through to onsite delivery.
• Develop Project Growth Plans and communication strategies using historical data, market research, and stakeholder insights.
• Conduct in-depth industry research and curate compelling agendas aligned with brand positioning and audience needs.
• Secure and manage high-profile speakers, sponsors, and media partnerships to elevate event prestige and reach.
• Collaborate across departments—marketing, sales, insights, production—to ensure cohesive messaging and event promotion.
• Oversee budgeting, timeline optimization, and logistics to ensure event efficiency and execution excellence.
• Present project plans, performance analysis, and business reviews to senior leadership for strategic alignment.
• Introduce and champion innovative technologies and networking tools to enhance delegate engagement.
• Contribute to content creation including websites, social channels, and marketing materials to maximize event visibility.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven success in delivering large-scale conferences in financial services, private banking, or insurance sectors.
• Expertise in speaker acquisition, stakeholder management, and budget control demonstrated by measurable growth and savings.
• Strong research and analytical skills to develop market-relevant conference content and strategies.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Proficient with event management platforms such as Oracle, Salesforce, Jujama, and Swapcard.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred. Bachelor’s in Psychology, Management, or related field advantageous.
• International outlook with experience managing domestic and global events, especially across the APAC region.
