Finance Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis, Mandai Nature Mandai Nature is a Singapore‑based non‑profit conservation organisation jointly set up by Temasek and Mandai Wildlife Group. The Finance Manager will support the Deputy Vice President, Finance & Governance in building and delivering a high‑quality financial planning, analysis and reporting function, with a focus on timely and accurate financial reports to programme leads, donors and senior leadership. The role also involves grant risk management and financial due diligence. Key Responsibilities Support the annual budget and forecast process, ensuring compliance and efficient use of resources. Liaise with programme leads, HR, IT and other stakeholders to ensure budgets accurately reflect programme needs. Provide finance input to donor budget proposal process and ensure high‑quality proposals. Generate monthly financial performance reports for programme leads and senior leadership. Analyse variances between budget/forecast and actuals, recommending actions to keep programs on track. Support donor reporting (e.g., annual financial updates) and develop reporting tools such as Power BI. Perform finance due diligence on grant partners and conduct surprise audits to ensure proper fund usage. Review grant partners’ financial reports. Lead or support business process and system improvements, and other special projects as required. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting. Experience with non‑profit organisations is an advantage. Strong budgeting, analysis and reporting skills. Comfortable with finance systems and applications. Excellent stakeholder engagement, written and verbal communication skills. Logical, analytical mindset and strong integrity. Independent work ability and strong team player. Passionate about conservation and biodiversity with a commitment to measurable impact. #J-18808-Ljbffr
