Job Description
  • Administer of MOM related matter such as WP apply, renew and cancellation.
  • Handle and update information and filing of employee personnel records and database.
  • Process monthly payroll.
  • Assist to prepare weekly and monthly HR reports.
  • Leave Administration - track and update all leaves applications.
  • Assist in the applications, renewals, and cancellations for foreign employees' work passes.
  • Maintains company organization chart and employee directory.
  • Liaise with insurance company on staff insurance and claims.
  • Perform other HR or Admin and ad-hoc projects duties when required.
  • Process related communications, including incoming phone calls, emails correspondence, mail and faxes.
  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
  • Compiling and preparing reports, presentation slides and any correspondences with various departments.
Job Requirements
  • All welcome to apply (Priority for candidate who have working experience in Singapore and can speak Chinese)
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Singapore in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource / Management or equivalent.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Power Point.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Good written and communication both in English and Mandarin.
  • Able to communicate in multi-languages will be added advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
