We are seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and results-oriented Senior / Regional Supply Chain Analyst to lead and drive optimization initiatives across our end-to-end supply chain. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop innovative solutions, and implement best practices with a focus on demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, item master data, and other supply chain domains. This role also serves as a super user for identified supply chain systems, with responsibility for review and governance of supply chain systems, processes, and KPIs. Key Responsibilities- Demand Planning Optimisation:
- Lead initiatives to improve forecast accuracy and reduce forecast bias through analytical techniques, statistical modeling, and collaborative forecasting with sales and marketing teams.
- Develop and implement robust sales & operations planning (S&OP) processes to align demand and supply plans across the organization.
- Evaluate and introduce new demand planning software and tools to enhance capabilities and automation.
- Develop and maintain KPIs for demand planning, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Drive change management to adopt best forecasting practices across the APAC region.
- Develop and implement ways of working and facilitate activities for regular supply chain demand planning processes and systems, including audit documentation.
- Provide training and support to the APAC region as a Super-User, manage error logs, and resolve user issues.
- General Supply Chain Optimization & Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains across the supply chain.
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects to implement supply chain best practices and new technologies.
- Lead initiatives to improve the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of supply chain master data.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose data-driven solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain management and optimization.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance supply chain capabilities within the organization.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain/Business/Logistics/Operations Management or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management with a focus on optimization. Open to entry-level candidates as Regional Supply Chain Analyst.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience is an advantage.
- Good knowledge and experience with supply chain software (ERP, master data systems, supply chain planning systems). Experience with FuturMaster is a plus.
- Advanced Excel, Visual Basic, Power BI, Power Query.
- Project management experience or experience in continuous improvement is a plus.
- Analytical Acumen: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Business Acumen: Balanced decision maker and ability to anticipate mid- to long-term challenges.
- Data Proficiency: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and statistical analysis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, including senior management.
- Collaboration & Influencing: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive & Self-Starter: High degree of initiative, proactivity, and ability to work independently.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
