Nous recrutons en CDI un Chef de Projet Safety Industriel H/F afin de rejoindre notre pôle d'expertise dans le cadre d'un projet de grande envergure et longue durée, d'extension des activités de notre partenaire.

En tant que Chef de Projet Safety Industriel H/F, vos missions seront :

  • Piloter un projet de développement d'un nouveau produit avec une forte dimension sécurité (« Safety »).
  • Assurer la conformité aux normes de sécurité pertinentes, notamment ASPICE et ISO 13849.
  • Coordonner des équipes pluridisciplinaires, notamment en développement logiciel et matériel.
  • Gérer efficacement les relations et la coordination avec des équipes transversales situées à l'international (Italie et Allemagne).
  • Définir et piloter les objectifs du projet en termes de délais, coûts et qualité.
  • Assurer un suivi rigoureux de l'avancement du projet, identifier les risques potentiels et proposer des solutions adéquates.
  • Participer à la qualification des systèmes d’inspection visuelle manuels et automatisés.
  • Rédiger la documentation : URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, rapports de validation.
  • Réaliser les analyses de risques (AMDEC, HAZOP) liées à l'inspection visuelle.
  • Assurer le suivi et la coordination des tests sur le terrain.
  • Interagir avec les équipes qualité, production et technique pour garantir la conformité réglementaire (BPF).
  • Être le référent technique CQV pour les sujets liés à l’inspection visuelle.

Industrialisation d'équipements et acquisition de moyens logistiques :

  • Formuler les besoins, définir les objectifs et consolider les données d’entrée
  • Proposer des concepts en tenant compte des objectifs
  • Rédiger les cahiers des charges
  • Coordonner les actions avec l’équipe projet
  • Sélection des fournisseurs
  • Animer des séances de projets régulières
  • Elaborer les plannings et leur suivi
  • Coordonner les rencontres avec les partenaires industriels
  • Proposer des axes d’améliorations continus et étudier de nouvelles technologies dans le domaine de la logistique
