What it's about

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the oversight of products / investment cash flow as a key member of the fund cash operations team.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for daily business operations, effectively managing communication between internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders and service providers, ensuring adherence to benchmarks, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Proactively identify and address performance variances to prevent operational impacts.
  • Develop, implement, and refine KPIs and reporting frameworks to enhance governance and controls across regional processes.
  • Analyze operational trends, inefficiencies, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support audit activities by providing documentation and explanations of fund operations procedures.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Contribute to documenting and standardizing operational procedures and best practices.

What we expect

  • 3 to 5 years' experience in the financial industry and fund operations.
  • Experience in investor onboarding, transfer agency, and service provider management is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Strong risk control mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in SWIFT and Microsoft Excel.
