IT Specialist

• We are looking for a versatile IT Specialist who can handle a wide range of responsibilities, including setting up webinars, maintaining websites, troubleshooting tech issues, and overseeing email marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in WordPress and Wix, email server management, DNS troubleshooting, and direct communication with tech providers.Key Responsibilities:Webinar Setup & Management:- Configure and manage webinars on platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or custom solutions.- Coordinate integration with email marketing tools and CRM systems.- Ensure high-quality presentation, audio, and video during live events.- Troubleshoot technical issues during webinars and ensure smooth event delivery.Website Maintenance (WordPress & Wix):- Update and maintain WordPress and Wix websites, ensuring proper functionality and security.- Install, update, and manage themes, plugins, and templates.- Troubleshoot site issues, improve website performance, and optimize for SEO.- Perform routine backups and ensure security best practices (e.g., SSL, firewalls).Tech Support & Troubleshooting:- Provide internal IT support, resolving hardware and software issues.- Manage and troubleshoot internal communication tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).- Provide basic network infrastructure support and resolve connectivity issues.Email Server & DNS Management:- Manage email accounts (e.g., G Suite, Microsoft 365) and troubleshoot email-related issues.- Configure and maintain DNS records for email services, websites, and other tech-related services.- Ensure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are properly set up for secure email delivery.Email Marketing & Campaign Management:- Design and implement email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar.- Maintain and segment email marketing databases, ensuring data integrity and GDPR compliance.- A/B test campaigns, track performance metrics, and optimize for improved results.- Provide insights and reporting on email campaign effectiveness.Vendor and Tech Provider Management:- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and third-party tech providers.- Collaborate with external vendors to resolve service issues and ensure timely support.- Manage relationships with tech providers and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met.Required Skills & Experience:Technical Skills:- Strong experience with WordPress and Wix website management.- Familiarity with webinar platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar tools.- Experience managing email servers (e.g., G Suite, Microsoft 365) and troubleshooting DNS issues.- Knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Constant Contact).- Strong understanding of email deliverability, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC protocols.Soft Skills:- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.- Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical.- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.- Attention to detail and ability to spot and fix technical issues quickly.Experience:- 3+ years of experience in a similar IT support or web management role.- 2+ years of experience managing email marketing campaigns and databases.- Familiarity with tech support for small to medium-sized teams.- Familiarity with cloud services like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 is a plus.Why Join Us - Impact: Be part of a growing team and directly contribute to our success by managing crucial IT operations.- Growth: Opportunities for professional development and training.- Flexibility: Remote work- Collaboration: Work in a dynamic environment with a diverse team of professionals.How to Apply:Please submit your resume, along with a cover letter that outlines your relevant experience and why you're interested in the position.
