Vatos Urban Tacos is a Korean-Mexican restaurant located at 36 Robinson Road, City House #01-01. We are seeking a Bar Captain for a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore.

Role Description

As Bar Captain, you’ll be the leader behind the bar—driving smooth day-to-day operations, ensuring each guest enjoys a top-notch experience with every drink, helping manage inventory, upholding cleanliness and safety standards, and bringing positive energy to every shift.

What We’re Looking For
  • A genuine passion for the craft of bartending and hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, techniques, and bar operations
  • Interest in agave spirits and a curiosity to learn more
  • A reliable team player who leads by example
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
  • Desire to grow with the brand as we continue to expand
