Job Responsibilities

  • Develop department-specific eLearning content, including workbooks, video scripts, and related training materials.
  • Collaborate with the training team to customize and format PowerPoint content that meets department needs and brand standards.
  • Participate in the creation of the luxury service awareness campaign, contributing ideas and content to promote service excellence.
  • Provide copywriting support across projects, ensuring that all content is clear, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Education, or in a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content creation, instructional design, or similar roles within hospitality or luxury industries.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content creation, instructional design, or similar roles within hospitality or luxury industries.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools, eLearning software, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Experience in video creation or editing is a plus.
  • Be ready to work on weekends, public holidays.

Other Prerequisites

  • Communication: Strong written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity, brand alignment, and engagement.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in content creation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand standards.
  • Collaboration: Effective team player, with the ability to work closely with the training team and adapt content as needed.
  • Adaptability: Ability to create a variety of content types, including eLearning modules, workbooks, and presentations.
  • Creativity: A creative approach to content development, with a focus on engaging and memorable training materials.
