AVP / VP Strategic and Bank Alliances

You have over 4 years of experience and are based in Delhi. As a dynamic and results-driven individual, you will lead strategic partnerships with banks, focusing on fostering high-value alliances and achieving financial objectives for sustainable growth. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing innovative sales and partnership strategies, forming new bank alliances, driving business growth, surpassing sales targets, and creating new sales opportunities.You will manage the verticals P&L in alignment with organizational objectives and profitability, build strong executive relationships within partner banks to unlock new business opportunities, and expand the client base in all regions. Leadership skills, strong analytical skills, excellent communication (oral & written), strong business acumen, and industry expertise are essential for this role. You should have proven sales executive experience, the ability to communicate and influence all levels of the organization, drive the sales process from plan to close, articulate product/service distinctions, position products against competitors, and possess outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.,
