Data Analytics Engineer (SAP Datasphere) We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analytics Engineer to join our Internal Audit (IA) team. This individual will play a key role in implementing the Central Audit Analytics Platform (CAAP) — a cornerstone of IA’s digital transformation roadmap. You will combine expertise in data engineering , SAP analytics , and data visualization to build robust data pipelines, enable continuous monitoring, and deliver actionable insights that strengthen risk and control activities across the organization. 1. Build and Implement the Central Audit Analytics Platform (CAAP) Design and implement data architecture and pipelines for SAP systems (S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Payroll, Concur ) using SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) . Ensure that data security, integrity, and privacy (including PII protection) are embedded in all designs. Work with Data Scientists and Data Architects to integrate both SAP and non-SAP data sources into the CAAP platform. Leverage Generative AI and SAP Joule tools to accelerate implementation and insight generation. Develop automated and continuous monitoring processes to proactively identify control or risk exceptions. Align solution architecture with Internal Audit’s objectives , ensuring scalability and audit-readiness. 2. Data Analytics & Insights Perform data analysis on large, complex SAP and non-SAP datasets to uncover trends, anomalies, and insights related to risk and control effectiveness . Collaborate closely with Internal Auditors to transform analytical findings into actionable audit recommendations. Conduct data lineage and quality assessments to trace anomalies back to their sources. Apply quantitative and statistical methods to evaluate risk indicators and drive data-driven audit decisions. Create dashboards and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud , Tableau , or Power BI to visualize insights for stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience designing and implementing Data Warehouse, Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud solutions. Proven experience integrating data from SAP Cloud systems (SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, etc.) and non-SAP systems . Hands‑on expertise in SAP Datasphere , S/4HANA , Employee Central Payroll , and Concur data ingestion and modeling. Skilled in ETL/ELT processes (e.g., SDI, Data Services) and familiar with native HANA and BW modeling . Proficiency in Python , R , and visualization tools (SAC , Power BI , Tableau ). Experience delivering projects under an Agile framework . Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
