The Role
We are seeking an Operations / Lab Production Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in biotechnology or related laboratory production environments. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of ISO and GMP standards , and experience in a food lab or food testing environment would be a significant advantage.

This role is not just about day-to-day lab operations — it’s about being part of the foundation of a growing team and contributing to how the company is built up. You’ll work closely with the leadership team and gain visibility across multiple functions, making a direct impact on both lab processes and company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day lab production operations, ensuring compliance with ISO and GMP guidelines.
  • Manage workflows for sample preparation, testing, and analysis.
  • Contribute to process optimization, SOP development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting aligned with quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to bridge lab work with product development.
  • Actively contribute ideas and solutions as the company scales its lab and operations infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Food Science, Life Sciences, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in lab operations or production within biotech or relevant industries.
  • Prior experience in a food lab or food testing environment is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 17025, or GMP standards .
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, flexible, and comfortable in a lean startup environment .
