The role.
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be a key member of our team, focused on creating next-generation solutions for our client’s colleagues and customers. Quality is a shared responsibility integrated from the start of the project, and you will be essential in providing timely feedback on the quality and viability of the services delivered. You will get support and training in the team to ensure you have all the tools and knowledge needed to excel in your role.
You will work closely with a product development team, offering guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery from the beginning. As a reflective partner, you will provide critical insights into the quality of their work at pivotal stages. While a deep understanding of testing techniques is important, this role is not about traditional testing. Instead, it centers on empowering others to incorporate quality into their processes before any code is written.

What’s important to us.
- At least 6 years of professional software quality testing experience with hands-on automation
- Strong understanding of testing techniques, risk analysis
- Strong understanding of test-driven development, continuous integration and continuous delivery
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Kotlin. Knowledge of Spring Boot will be an advantage
- Experience with open-source automated testing frameworks such as Cucumber, TestNg and Playwright
- Experience with open-source performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, Locust or enterprise level tools such as HP LoadRunner
- Experience with open-source penetration testing tools such as ZAP, Burp Suite, SQL Map or enterprise level tools such as HP WebInspect, Nessus, CheckMarx
- Experience working in SCRUM teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Proactive, self-driven and motivated
- Create and maintain automated test cases, test plans and test framework ensuring that they are up to date with requirements and policy changes
- Create, maintain and improve the automated test framework and test environments
- Conduct testing on new features and file defects
- Perform various tests such as manual/functional/performance/exploratory tests and support UATs
- Assist in resolving production cases
