Role: Our client is seeking an “Assistant Vice President, System Analyst (Cash Management). This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a global team, providing top‑tier service to existing and prospective clients while expanding the business on a product and global level. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and contributing to the company's mission of becoming a top clearer worldwide in commodity markets. Job Responsibilities: Work closely with the application team and the business analysts to provide technical solutions that enable integration of systems involved in the processing lifecycle for payments, collections, virtual accounts, etc. Provide the technical solutions to connect systems based on the business requirements, taking into consideration the volumes expected, the performance required, scalability of the solutions, and adherence to any service level agreement committed to our customers. Document the interface specifications for inter‑connectivity between applications. Document the conceptual design and detailed design of the solution. Liaise with the solution architect, enterprise architect and application team to develop the solution design. Provide inputs to the testing CoE team on scenarios, validations, configurations in the interface or application setup so it can be thoroughly tested. Be involved during incidents to facilitate remediation of issues based on the technical understanding of the application and its integrated systems. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge related to application design and integration specifications (subject matter expertise). Job Requirements: Minimum 8 years of experience as a systems analyst specializing in implementation of cash‑management solutions in APAC for the transaction banking business. Experience in a systems analyst role in regional/global system implementation for cash‑management solutions at other international banks and being part of the full lifecycle of the project from conception to post‑production support. Experience in payments and collections process flow (cross‑border & domestic), virtual accounts in the corporate banking space. Experience working with business analysts, application teams, architects to develop the solution design, including integration between systems. Experience in online, batch‑based integration between systems using different connectivity protocols. A high level of technical competency should be demonstrated. Strong working knowledge of APIs (internal and Open APIs) and experience implementing them. Familiarity with security requirements for externally published APIs by the bank and for APIs consumed by the bank. Practical experience in a hybrid environment using on‑premise and cloud solutions. Knowledge in troubleshooting issues raised during the testing phase to qualify as a defect or a change, and attributing severity of the issue. Troubleshooting skills during production incidents with an understanding of criticality and severity as per business impact. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Strong planning, organizational, and time‑management skills. Self‑motivated with drive, able to work independently and as a good team player. Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and exposure to Agile methodology.
