About This Opportunity: This position will support our hiring in SEA and ANZ. This role will report to Director, Talent Acquisition APAC. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team by providing a high level of recruitment support, and project coordination throughout the talent acquisition process. You will proactively reach out to candidates through various sourcing methods, creative campaigns, onsite events, and other networking platforms, and tell our story. Speed is key, but the most important is delivering a world-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring fulfilment of the organization’s recruitment needs in accordance with the given timeline
  • Be responsible for the entire life cycle of the candidate experience
  • Build strategic pipelines of talent for all business groups in your region of coverage
  • Create positive, memorable experiences for each candidate with regular communication
  • Function as a talent advisor and expert in finding and assessing great talent
  • Create fun and interactive onsite and offsite events and campaigns
  • Improve process efficiency, overcoming obstacles to stay competitive
  • Collaborate and share best practices with recruiting peers globally
  • Act as a brand champion on all platforms, sharing opportunities and our story
  • Call, recruit, and source for all assigned positions (full-time and contacts)
  • Work with cross-functional teams and global/offsite peers
  • Conduct intake meetings with managers and develop strategies to find top candidates
  • Actively participate in TA/HR projects
  • Support audit processes and quality management as required
Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of recruitment experience in either recruitment agency or in-house recruitment; healthcare industry experience is highly preferred
  • Language: English (written and spoken)
  • BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Creative mindset for networking
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work with agility and a sense of urgency to deliver Talent Acquisition metrics
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Regional recruitment experience is highly preferred
  • Experience with Social Media (LinkedIn) and ATS (PinPoint) is preferred
