Ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with international cybersecurity standards and regulations. Cybersecurity Training and EducationDesign and deliver training and educational programs that enhance cybersecurity knowledge across all levels of the organization and across multiple countries and regions where the Bank operates in. Collaborate with internal and external experts to ensure content is current, relevant and engaging. Experiential LearningDevelop hands-on training modules and simulations to provide practical cybersecurity experience. Utilize innovative learning technologies and methods, e.g. gamification, to enhance engagement and retention. Promotion and PublicityCreate and execute strategies to promote cybersecurity awareness initiatives within the multiple regions and countries that the Bank operates in Develop communication plans to highlight the importance of cybersecurity and the role of employees in maintaining security. Engagement with Global StakeholdersBuild strong relationships with global stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and program delivery. Promote global collaboration to improve the collective cybersecurity posture of the Bank Act as a liaison between different regions to share best practices and coordinate efforts. Expectations:Leadership and Vision Provide strategic direction for the cybersecurity awareness and training program. Inspire and lead a team of cybersecurity professionals to achieve program objectives. Communication and Collaboration Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with various departments to integrate cybersecurity awareness into business processes. Continuous Improvement Regularly assess the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements. Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity threats and trends to update training content accordingly. Job RequirementsMinimum 10 years of experience in Cyber Security Awareness and Training Programs with leadership experience. Experience in cybersecurity standards (ISO27001, NIST Cyber Framework, CRI) Experience in educational pedagogy, with a focus on experiential learning and a deep understanding of human learning processes. Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
