About the Role:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Spencer Ogden, you'll be a key player bringing on board new clients and resourcing across the energy sector in APAC. This is a job where your skills in sales, communication, and building relationships really shine.

• Build lasting relationships with clients, sell our recruitment services/solutions, and provide the talent they need to thrive.
• You're not just speaking to companies; you're speaking to candidates too. Identify the highly sought-after talent our clients need and help them advance their careers.

This is an Entry-Level Sales Role, no experience required we are looking for key strengths and behaviours-building relationships, resiliance, competativeness, target driven, detail orientatated, networking and influencing skills.
