Associate / Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Graduate Opportunity) — Start Your Career in Recruitment & Sales. This trainee-level role is designed to give you the skills, training, and opportunities to thrive as a Recruitment Consultant.
We're looking for ambitious, driven individuals who want to combine people skills with commercial acumen and who are excited by building relationships with senior executives and helping leading businesses hire top talent.
What You'll Be Doing
From day one, you'll be trained to become a professional headhunter, with a focus on sales and business development. Your success will be built on three pillars:
Building Your Online Brand Through Podcasting & Content
– We'll teach you how to host and contribute to podcasts, share market insights, and create content that positions you as a trusted voice in your sector.
Developing Relationships
– Use phone calls, video calls, and in-person meetings to connect with senior executives.
Client Engagement at the Highest Level
– Aim to meet
10+ C-level executives every week
to develop your network and generate new business opportunities.
You'll also:
Source, qualify, and interview candidates for high-level roles.
Pitch recruitment solutions to decision-makers at some of the world's most exciting companies.
Drive revenue growth by securing new clients and placing candidates into career-defining roles.
A recent graduate (any discipline) with strong communication skills.
Someone ambitious, resilient, and highly motivated by achieving results.
A natural relationship-builder who is confident speaking to senior professionals.
