Name of Authority: North Vista Secondary School Contract Period: From 01 Jan 2026 to 31 December 2026. Service required only for 10 months; to exclude June & December. Working Hour: Mon – Thu: 7:30am – 4:00pm (incl. 1hr lunch) Fri: 7:30am – 3:30pm (incl. 1hr lunch) No service on Sat, Sun & public holidays. Job Scopes: Logistic and stock taking Assist to manage and track all non-SSOE ICT/AVA resources and inventory (e.g. iPad, Microsoft Surface Pro, Chromebook etc.) with up-to-date documentation Stock-take and updates inventory records for school and audit purposes Maintain repair and loan records of ICT/AVA equipment Support daily operations (AVA & IT) Assist school-initiated ICT/AVA infrastructure projects, including providing progress report, manage vendors and contracts Gather ICT/AVA needs of the school Provide professional inputs and recommendation on ICT/AVA solutions that can meet the school’s need Implement preventive measures and maintenance for IT & AVA Equipment Assist Head of Department and ICT Associate/Manager in the preparation of all necessary administrative duties for the purchase and condemnation of AVA and ICT equipment Provide ICT/AVA/multimedia support for school events (e.g. on site and online streaming events) Assist in liaising with vendors for the maintenance and repairs of AVA and IT equipment Assist in troubleshooting and support for school-owned devices 1st level of troubleshooting of student-owned devices Understanding and support various operating system of student-owned devices (e.g. Chrome OS, IOS or Windows) Advising students on the proper use of student-owned device applications and online learning systems Supporting Home-Based Learning logistic loaning and school hotline help in terms of online learning portal or systems Checking and set-up of equipment used in classroom and for examinations such as portable speakers Assist in rectifying and identify equipment that requires maintenance work Troubleshooting of AV and IT equipment in classroom on a daily operation Providing support to teachers in the use of AV and IT equipment in classroom (e.g. Image and sound projection, observation video recording, School-owned device such as iPad and Chromebook support in classroom during lessons) Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Chrome OS and Chromebook functionality, including efficient navigation, app usage, file management, and troubleshooting, to support and enhance the educational experience in a school environment utilising Chromebooks as student devices. Requirements: Polytechnic Diploma in IT or equivalent At least 2 years of relevant working experiences.
