Job Description
-Manage financial transactions - Handle AP & AR functions, ensuring accurate and
timely processing of payments and receivables.
- Maintain financial records - Post transactions to journal, ledgers, and other records
in SAP, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Generate financial reports - Prepare precise and timely financial reports and
accounting statements to support decision-making processes.
- Contribute to financial processes - Assist in month-end closing activties and liaise
with auditors to ensure compliance and transparency.
- Support team objectives - Take on additional responsibilities as assigned,
contributing to the overall success of the finance department.
- Manage daily accounting - Oversee the company's day-to-day accounting and
finance functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Financial planning - Prepare cash flow plans and contribute to budgeting and
forecasting processes.
- Transaction processing - Review and verify invoices, post transactions to SAP, and
reconcile accounts.
- Reporting and analysis - Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, conduct financial
analysis, and assist with month-end closing.
- Audit support: Respond to interim and year-end audit requests, ensuring compliance
and transparency.
- Interdepartmental collaboration: Liaise with other departments to understand
transaction details and maintain clear communication.
Requirements
- Diploma holders in Accounting or Finance, bringing a solid foundation in financial
principles and practices.
- At least 3 years of full-function accounting experience, with the ability to apply
knowledge to diverse financial tasks.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting software, with SAP experience being an advantage
in streamlining processes.
- An analytical and mathematical mind to tackle complex financial data and provide
valuable insights.
