Client Communication: Collaborate with immigration experts and clients to gather information and understand their needs, producing content that addresses their concerns and interests. Editing and Proofreading: Review and refine content to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with legal standards and guidelines. Qualifications & Experience Proven experience as a copywriter, preferably with a focus on immigration or legal topics. Strong understanding of immigration processes and terminology. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content. Excellent research skills and attention to detail. Experience managing a diverse clientele in a related government agency, such as the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) or the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
