About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Content Creator / Writer to join our team. This role blends content writing, strategy, and planning — perfect for someone who loves crafting compelling stories, staying ahead of digital trends, and producing content that resonates with diverse audiences. You’ll work on a wide range of industries including medical aesthetics, government, and retail/shopping malls , producing content that is both engaging and strategically aligned with client goals.

Key Responsibilities

Content Planning & Strategy

  • Plan content calendars and posting schedules up to 3 months in advance for client approval.
  • Research and develop content ideas, campaign arcs, and storytelling directions tailored to client industries.
  • Identify target audiences and create content strategies that match their behaviours and interests.
  • Ensure content themes and campaign messaging align with brand voice and objectives.

Content Creation & Writing

  • Write SEO-optimised captions, copy, and campaign messaging for social media, blogs, and digital campaigns.
  • Conduct deep research to ensure accuracy, credibility, and industry relevance.
  • Track and write about trending topics, hashtags, and cultural moments to maximise engagement.
  • Produce clear, professional, and engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), and Google Ads.

Performance & Optimisation

  • Optimise content formats for each platform’s best practices.
  • Analyse engagement metrics and campaign results to refine content strategies.
  • Conduct A/B testing on headlines, captions, and creative approaches to improve performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing (agency experience is a plus).
  • Strong background in writing for medical aesthetics, government communications, or shopping malls is highly preferred.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with attention to detail and tone of voice.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, social media algorithms, and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Proactive, organised, and able to plan and manage content pipelines ahead of deadlines.
  • Creative thinker who can balance trending content with strategic business objectives.

Note: Only candidates with relevant industry experience (medical aesthetics, government, or retail/shopping malls) will be considered for this role.
