Senior Executive Digital Marketing

• As a Performance Marketing specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing paid digital campaigns on platforms like Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Your role will involve managing the end-to-end campaign execution, including audience targeting, bid strategies, ad copy/creative coordination, and performance monitoring. It will be crucial to optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as leads, conversions, click-through rate (CTR), cost per lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS). Regular analysis and reporting on campaign performance will be essential, along with providing strategic recommendations. Additionally, you will coordinate with design and content teams for required creative assets and stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates in digital marketing.In addition to performance marketing, you will also oversee Google My Business (GMB) management. This includes handling the creation, verification, and ongoing optimization of GMB listings across all centers/locations. Ensuring accurate and up-to-date business information, including Name, Address, Phone (NAP), hours, categories, photos, and services, will be part of your responsibilities. Monitoring and responding to GMB reviews in coordination with the brand team, tracking listing performance metrics, and providing reports with insights, improvements, and suggestions will also be key aspects of your role.Key Requirements:- Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai- 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Business Profile Manager- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel- Excellent communication and coordination skills- Understanding of SEO for local listings- Experience with call tracking, lead routing, and CRM toolsThis is a full-time position with a day shift and morning shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in Healthcare or Diagnostic industries. The work location is in person.,
