For new product initiatives across Binance Global, the Product Compliance team provides regulatory assistance and recommendations. From development to launch, you will play a crucial role in the product lifecycle by embedding and maintaining the compliance framework.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Global Head of Product Compliance to develop and embed a comprehensive compliance framework supporting product launches, features, maintenance, and country-specific restrictions.
  • Manage and update policies and procedures related to the product compliance framework.
  • Improve process documentation, including risk assessment templates, registers, and related documentation.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of the compliance framework, including risk management and stakeholder engagement throughout the product cycle.
  • Coordinate with Product Teams to keep track of upcoming products, changes, and initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing regulatory training and dialogue, especially where gaps are identified.
  • Maintain RACI matrices to clarify roles and responsibilities among stakeholders.
  • Monitor product-related risks to the business.
  • Stay informed of regulatory developments and support the business in assessing impacts and enhancing controls.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization to promote the Product Compliance Team’s objectives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in the financial regulatory industry, preferably within crypto, fintech, broker-dealer, investment advisory, asset management, or banking sectors.
  • Deep understanding of Binance products and underlying technology.
  • Commercial awareness with a focus on regulatory application within the business context.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of recent regulatory changes and developments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory expectations regarding product governance and implementing appropriate controls across various business types.
